We will happily accept exchanges and returns on purchases within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise. Please contact us to organise the exchange or return. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer this service.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns on the following products:

  • Melanie Newman Pet products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time of the refund will depend on your payment method. 


We will happily exchange items within a 7 day period of you receiving your merchandise. We require the product that is being exchanged to arrive back to us before we can ship the new item.
